I was with a group of students during a fieldtrip. Our bus went from places to places, crossing borders, made me excited to see places I have never seen before and some areas that are familiar.
We stopped at a shopping mall where I got down from the bus to explore the huge mall. There were lots of things in the mall but nothing really attracted my attention, until.... I saw someone familiar. Someone large, who used to live close to me. I think he entered the elevator to reach the floor below so I followed him. I caught up to him and confirmed that it really is him! Amir, My former roommate! However, something has changed about him. He is limping as one of his leg seems to be weakened, giving him a lot of difficulty in walking.
I was really excited to see him but it seems like he has lost his spirit. He greeted me with a fake smile. He wasn't really interested to meet me nor talk to me. All the questions I asked him were greeted back with just "Mmm..." sounds. I was really sad for him in his terrible state now so I left him and got back to the bus.
The next destination was in another building which I have no idea what it is. I walked around and then realized the bus is leaving. I quickly chased after the bus and luckily it stopped for me. I boarded it with a sigh of relief. Turns out there were several other students who were also left behind and quickly boarded the bus after me. There are still some students at the building though, they stayed behind to do their field work there.
I woke up after this a slept back just to get into another dream.
I arrived in a forest plot beside the road. There are people there working on something. There seems to be an empty plot of exposed earth there which seems to be a landing site. I think I arrived here by helicopter. Because I remembered a scene where the helicopter was rushing to land and did not landed properly, almost causing the helicopter to land into a drain. I was lucky the helicopter did not crash as I was one of the passengers. I heard that the driver is in a rush so he wanted to land the helicopter quickly.
So anyway, I was not sure what I am doing in this plot of land. I found out that I have met with many of the workers here. I saw my former boss, Ding, which I have worked with last year. I am still not sure what they are working on until....
A hoard of zombies suddenly appeared and attacked our base camp. We all hid inside a long white building as the zombies tried to chase after us. However, the zombies were quickly eliminated by the workers here. Seems like they are all professional workers trained to eliminate zombies effectively.
So I was outside looking at the Tanjung Lipat sea, KK, as I saw another hoard of zombies comming. Seems like a huge group of newly infected citizens. There were hundreds of them in all kinds of clothings running towards us through the seaside bicycle and jogging track. We all quickly went back to our base camp building.
The base building we have is a series of about 5 small semi-cylindrical tunnel like white low building lined up in a row. I was stationed in the last building to guard it from zombies. I will be looking after a automated machine gun stand which will be triggered easily and shoot towards the zombies direction as they enter the entrance. I only got a clear view of the whole base camp as I run back to my station, being chased by zombies.
Zombies are already here, trying to enter buildings. I ran back to my station as fast as I can trying to reach it before the zombies do. I got a clear view of the effectiveness of the traps set by the people here as zombies tried to enter their building. The entrance has a revolving door with the floors covered in small plastic balls. The zombies are not very intelligent so these kept many outside of the building. I got in my building just seconds before the zombies came. I pushed the door close hard and struggle pushing the lock in as they are furiously crashing into the door. I finally locked the door but found out that there is a huge crack in the bronze lock so I have to push against the door hard to keep them from breaking in.
Somehow they managed to push themselves into the building and flooded in. The automatic machine gun was triggered and shoot randomly, killing a number of them. Reinforcement soon came as about 3 skilled workers came and aid me to battle off these zombies. I remember grabbing one zombie and crashing his head into the wall, killing him. A tried to do the same to a large zombie in police suit but it is less effective. A worker came to deal with him but was injured seriously instead. Somehow all the zombies were soon gone.
Then another large zombie came so I went back to the door and kept it close. However, the zombie was just too strong and pushed through easily. I tried to attack it but it was just too strong. Fortunately, it did not tried attacking at me. Instead, it went towards the dining table and starts feasting on the foods. Turns out it is a zombie hungry for foods.
So I woke up, it is 7:40 am already.
