In one of my earlier dreams, I was underground with 2 of my former roommates. One of them I recognize as Frankc (My real-life roommate 2 years ago). He was digging in an underground cavern looking for some antics. I think he was looking for some ancient play cards.
He dug up lots of fake ones which other people also usually found. Finally, he dug up a real valuable one which he quickly hide it back into the earth covering it with a lot of those fake cards. Frankc later returned to find the card but realized it was stolen.
In another dream, we went on board a huge cruise ship. I sat in a passenger seat along with many other passengers. I was writing some important things in my notebook and left it there on a desk. I think we came on board by my friend's wooden fishing boat which was tied outside the cruise ship.
It was evening when a huge storm started. The waves in the water are enormous and fierce. My friend's fishing boat that was tied onto the cruise ship was badly beaten by the waves, almost sinking it. I was just standing there looking out the door at the helpless ship.
The storm lasted for some time and I am not sure about the fate of the small ship. Daylight has arrived and the cruise ship stopped at a jetty. I went out for some fresh air and walk and the small stony path nearby. I then realized that we are at Kinabatangan. The cruise ship has been on the Kinabatangan river all along going towards my hometown. I then pondered how great nature is to create a storm and violent waves in such a small river. The huge cruise ship is pretty amazing too as it can fit into this river without any problems.
I walked for a while and remembered it was time to return to the cruise ship. I quickly went back and ran down the grassy slope to the jetty below. As soon as I set my sight to the ship, it took off leaving me behind. There is nothing else that I can do so I just watched it leave.
I walked back to the old path and began walking down the path until help arrives. I then realized that I have a remote control device which I can use to send a message to my friends in the cruise ship.
I took out the remote control which is light grey. There are 4 lever switch on the device. The first one I can only pull it down and up; the second one is tiny and I can only flick it up or down; the third and fourth one I can move in more directions. I figured out these are used to write alphabets to create message. So I tried them out and then gave up halfway not knowing how to create a message. So I just continued walking down the path with sadness. Then I realized that I could just wake up and end all this.
This will be scary if I was trapped inside that ship
I dreamt about the huge wave crashing at the fishing boat because I watched a video on that yesterday.
It seems that I have been recently dreaming about being late and get left behind as a result. Yesterday I dreamt about returning home from a flight (or train) where halfway we stopped at a country where I went to photograph a tree and got left behind. The other day I also dreamt behind left behind when I failed to catch up at a vehicle. I think I am dreaming about this theme because I am worried that I may not complete my assignment fieldwork in time as the deadline is approaching.
